This is a very small-sized app that won't require a lot of power to use, though it operates like a legitimate program, such as WhatsApp or even Skype. But that doesn't affect you and your circle of friends. The fact that this program is tailored for Indians does not mean other people cannot use it it just means that most people who do use it happen to be in India.
